Several people have noticed that their pay stubs are now going to their spam/junk folder. Most of those who have had this issue are using a mobile version of Outlook.
PayWeb recently changed their domain name (to deluxe.ca), and this may be why email servers or software are marking our pay stubs as spam.
To prevent this from happening in the future, create a filter in your email program for the following email address:
no-reply@deluxe.ca
Be sure to specify ‘never send this to spam’ (or whatever option your software gives you), and you should be good! Please note that T4s will also be emailed to you from this address!
