Most banks will allow you to print out a direct deposit form for payroll purposes from their online banking website.
For specific banks, follow the instructions below.
– Log into online banking.
– Click on the account you want to deposit money into.
– In the light blue area above ‘Transaction History’ you will see the information you need.
– Write down the Account Number, Financial Institution Number and Branch Transit Number. ENSURE THIS INFORMATION IS CORRECT!
– Log into online banking.
– Click on the account you want to deposit money into.
– On the right side of the screen, click on ‘View and Print Payroll Direct Deposit Form’.
– Select the correct account, then click on ‘View and Print’.
– Log into online banking.
– Click on the account you want to deposit money into.
– In the area above ‘Past Transactions’ click the “Void Cheque/Direct Deposit Info” link.
– Print the first page.
– Log into online banking.
– Click on the account you want to deposit money into.
– Toward the top in the light green area (on the right side) click on “Direct Deposit Form (PDF)”

– Click on the account you want to deposit money into.
– Click on “Set Up Direct Deposits and Payments”
– Click ‘View/Print’ next to Direct Deposit/Payroll form
– Log into online banking.
– Click on the account you want to deposit money into.
– Click on “More Services”
– Click on “Set Up Direct Deposits”
– Select the correct account
– Click on “View/Print Form”
– Print
